Stop your negative thoughts
The average person has between 60,000 and 70,000 thoughts running around our heads every single day.
Can you imagine actually keeping track of all of these thoughts. No.. it is impossible. But a good indication of the type of thoughts running around your head is to stop for a second and see how you feel. Do you feel happy? Sad? Excited? Nervous? whatever the feeling you are having is directly connected the thoughts running through your mind.
A quick way to change your state is to just think of something that makes you feel good, like a little baby, or an ice cream sundae or whatever it is that you feel comfortable and at piece with.
So from now one every time you catch a negative thought – STOP – break your state and think of that special thing that makes you happy – the more you do this the more good thoughts you will have, thus overpowering and eventually outnumbering the negative thoughts in you subconscious. The sooner you can do this the better you life will be and the more positive your experiences will become.
